Physio dublin city centre?

    Hi,

    Looking for a good physio in south city centre or even rathmines/ranelagh area if anyone can recomend one?

    Just back training and right groin is killing me again...

    I had the exact same issue, Don't know of a physio in the area. The lady who did mine did dry needling and ultrasound.
    It's quite sore, but you honestly feel better in a couple of days.

    Don't have the name of a physio in the area, but it's defo worth a visit.

    Oh cool - I presume every physio will be able to use the above methods?
    Yeah it was killing me towards the end of last season but thought if I just rested it over the summer it would be fine...

    Easy to sort but slightly painful. I would recommend The Physio Company who have a clinic in town and in Ranelagh www.thephysiocompany.com. I have been to them in temple bar for many probs and I always find them great.
