Hi this is my first time posting in this forum so im not quite sure if this is in the right place so mods please move if appropiate!

Anyway im 24 years old, 5 "10 and weigh bout 215 pounds! I am working hard in the gym at the moment trying to lose bout 15 -20 pounds. Iv never used supplements or vitamens to aid my diet or weight loss as Iv always been quite skeptical. I was told by a fitness instructor that using them can greatly increase your rate of weight loss but im wondering if anyone is using any of the products above before?

Tonalin xs cla: Found this product on natures way website, it supposedly reduces body fat and increases muscle tone. Anyone used it before?

Alli: Iv seen alot of advertising on this lately and its supposedly meant to reduce or remove the amount of fat your body takes in after each meal!

Acai berry Vcaps: Iv been reading alot on this lately and everything I see claims it to be the number 1 super - food in the world and greatly aids weight loss.

These were just 3 I was looking at and am just looking for some advice and guidence regarding their effectivness and safety(side effects).

Thanks in advance for any help given.

Ye Iv never spent money on it but been told they can greatly increase your rate of weight loss and muscle tone. Have you had any experience with the abovve metioned products?

I probably should of mentioned what my diet is aswell:

Iv been having 3 meals a day:

Breakfast - 2 weatabix with low fat milk

Lunch: A wrap with brown sauce, stuffing, grated cheese and a breaded chicken fillet.

Dinner : Usually Chicken or Beek with wedges or chips.

It should be said that im a ridiculously fussy eater and get very few fruit and veg in throughout the day. I try hard to force the healthy stuff down but fro love nor money just cant acquire a taste!

Fresh fruit & veg is definately the way foward. My own story of how I lost weight was by swapping the usuals (spuds, white bread pasta etc...)
    for boiled rice.

So easy to do and it saves a packet! Practically lived on tesco rice for months. Rice w/fish, veg, meat, eggs. Snacked on fruit, no citrus and defo
    no dairies.

I kept my meals simple, upped my protien and slept more. Lost two stone and increased all of my compound lifts.
