I've usually been lucky with wimmens, from about 15 I've had a girlfriend of one type or another,sometimes slightly overlapping each other by a day or two, I've found that after a couple of months they presume they "own" you, which I find a little irritating as I'm a free spirit.
My longest relationship was 13 years, shortest 1 night.
While I was single for a while I had various girl "friends", which I actually enjoyed as I had nobody to answer to when my free spirit kicked in and I wanted to travel and enjoy myself but really its been a rollercoaster ride, up's and downs.

The longest is now, just over a year. Was with someone for a very long time so feel no need to get into anything right now.

I've 2 friends who dont enjoy being single and run back to useless ex's all the time just so they have someone. Very sad!

Just my opinion. I've had a lot more fun in my time being single than when I was going out with my last girlfriend so yeah I think they're over rated.

I'm 21 soon, first girlfriend when I was 15. Right now is the longest I've been single since then, its great though, I really needed a break having to actually think about anything I did!

26 now and I've been single for 2 years and 4 months. I've had plenty of flings of a couple of months here and there with some very fine young women, some of which would have been classed as 'keepers'.

About 16 months, after a big break up. I did have one or two minor girlfriends in that time, but that relationship caused a paradigm shift in what I considered a relationship to mean.

Now I'm happily it's complicated with someone for almost two years now.
