Hey guys, im away at the moment and I dont have access to a gym so I was just wondering if anyone here has any hints for doing some strength training from home? Im going to try and jog most days but I want to do some muscle work too so any advice would be appreciated!
    Thanks.

    Hi There

If I was in you position then I would consider doing the following

    • Push ups - chest and shoulders
    • Handstand push ups shoulders
    • Dips between two chairs - triceps
    • Fill a grocery bag with tinned foods and do alternating bicep curls
    • Air squats or use the filled grocery bag (from above) for added resistence
    • Skipping
    • See if there is anything suitable around for doing pull ups/chin ups (a climbing frame in a childrens playground, a bus shelter etc. Of course don't get yourself arrested :) )
There are lots of possibilities, just gotta think outside the box a little :)

This kind of stuff should keep you ticking over until you get back to a gym. Also google "Ghetto Workout" for some more ideas ;)

    Best Regards,

    M
