Dongle keeps changing from green to blue---NO idea what that means! Keep disconnecting randomly and frequently. Speeds vary wildly and in no discernble pattern. Customer service is rubbish. Dongle keeps changing from green to blue---NO idea what that means!
Keep disconnecting randomly and frequently.
Speeds vary wildly and in no discernble pattern.
Customer service is rubbish.
Tech team are quite blunt on the phone.

Overall: unbloodyhappy.

Internet ain't the be-all of life but seriously, service should be better.

Anyone else suffer the above issues? 3 have vowed to have someone ring me back tomorrow as they are having technical problems. (Too many calls? Not enough staff? Who knows?)
