    Hey guys
Got no response in the Apple Media forum and I gotta figure out whats wrong in the next hour
    Here's the prob.....
So I had the "unknown errors" (-69) and (-48) one day out of the blue (80GB ipod classic btw)
I googled em, followed the steps, fixed em, I even deleted all my music so there would be no "corrupted files"

Now all of a sudden out of the blue its starting this ****e again, ringing apple support is no help they can't even understnad what i'm saying.
I 'm tyring to fix the erorrs following the same steps and it wont let me.

now my iTunes wont work(iTunes is not responding). My OS is vista. It won't error check my iPod like I need it too. I don't understand what is goin on. Should I bring my iPod back i'm so fcuking sick of having problems with it over and over again. I don't know how files taken from a CD could become corrupted in the 1st place!Oh and when I click on My iPod in the Computer section so I can error check my whole feckin OS is down for ten minutes. WTF??

Please help as I need an Mp3 player for work, I'm screwed without one.

    Know anything about I-Pods?

I know that I can get an MP3 player to do the same job for less money.

I know that I already bought an iPod cause I need it for studio work so i'm afraid that doesn't really help unless you want to buy me one

OP, odds are you're not going to get a fix for this. My advice is get off the internet and look for a loan of an Ipod asap if you need it for work.

Well there's no way in hell you'd be left with a system32 virus after you did that.

Oh it'll fix it. It'll fix it good.

This way you won't have a functioning copy of Windows to give you error codes.

Not that I believe for one second that you'll be able to delete System 32 without going out of your way.

But you're acting like a kid. BTW, I believe Phasers to be of the female variety.

Edit: I was gonna let this go, but they're right. Deleting that folder is not a good idea.

Good, so hopefully it fixes it cause I'm doing a huge gig and doors are open at 8, all the backing tracks are on the iPod as well as the intro music and all. I cann't afford to give the organisers money back if it ****s up

Instead of using the iPod, why don't you put the music on CDs?

That way you don't need to fix anything...

Reset the IPod hold the middle button and the menu button at the same time for a couple of seconds.

That sorts most problems, then try it again with the computer.
