    Just my advice, not gospel:D , but Recently I have lost 20lbs , I am 5'8" and was over 12stone now I am under 11. I was always going to the gym, but it was always a choir and I never liked it, when I was younger I was always very fit, played alot of football etc. but have since stoped that. more recently I have taken up cycling and I bloody love it,It took me about a year but now I am hooked on it, I do charity cycles races etc, each week/month I get more serious enjoy it more,sometimes I lie in bed at night thinking about cycles etc.I am hooked for life, I also have started running and I am currently training for the marathon. my advice to anyone trying to lose weight get fit etc. is to get out and join a club or get on the road on a bike or whatever. you will be hooked and you will never have to think about loosing weight of being fit again, as it becomes a passion a bit of an addiction.

    Man I love it, I found as I lost weight things like hills got easier. I cycled last year abit, but never really caught the buzz. this year I trained hard and I am fitter than ever and loving it. Are you doing any races/charity cycles etc.? they are a great buzz to finish I think, makes you feel good about yourself.

    Please god I will be cycling for years and years yet.
