From reading a few threads about the whole fat burning zone/cardio zone, can anyone advice if this is good/bad.
Im 5 8" & 85kgs 29 yrs old. just joined a gym for first time, when I was following my program my heart rate (at certain points) was around 183. Is this high enough to start burning fat or do I need to push it higher?

    Thanks

You need to give more info, in paticular your maximum HR as everyones is different so the figure of 183 on its own is worthless.
