bones clicking when walking

    when i walk there does be a clicking noise below my knee, in the shin/ankle area. does anyone know of a cure for this?

    The Doc is a good place to start, I hope ypu get it sorted.

    i get them in my knee, ankle and elbows. The doc told me not to worry about them if they arent sore, and you cant really stop them

    cant remember what caused it tho

    Its usually caused by damaged cartilage.

    Seek medical advice if you think it could become a problem.

    Well any number of things could be causing it actually and some people are just more prone to having "clicky" joints with no underlying problem.

    Best get professional advice if it's worrying you.

    Our joints wear out eventually, however they tend to slower if we don't have the proper nutrition for our body to keep them strong. Have you tried taking a glucosamine supplement (the more natural the better!). Glucosamine can help to repair any damage that may be done in your joint cartilage.
