hypoxic training

    Hi ...

    I am doing hypoxic training for improving my endurance and find it has done wonders for me ....esp. for dealing with lactic build up and raising my Hematocrit. My main reason was that I am not fully able to train because of a knee problem and this gives my heart a good work out without straining my knees.
    I normally train in hypoxic condition every second day and for 40mins . Is anyone else doing this type of training and if so I would be very interested in hearing about your program and the benefits you got ?
