    i never stop shaking my leg.. i shake it more when im hungover.. im just wondering what it means..
    does it mean i lose weight, well more weight cos im actually walking when sitting down?

    It also sounds as if you are dehydrated. I would make sure that you are dinking 1.5-2 litres of water per day.
