    if you swap the first letter in Pat with the first letter with kenny.

    you get Kat Penny.. maybe just maybe my itchy tongue can be solved by cat urine..

    Try having a cool pop or an ice pop or at least put an ice cube in ur gob, it should numb the tongue and ease it for a short time.
