Get partner or someone to mind kids, go out for a little jog for about half an hour or so and build it up over a few weeks and you will see the pounds fall off. Those sachets are a load of s**te.

Fintonie, try use a bit more punctuation. It would be easier to read your contributions. You seem to "skip" a lot of full stops and commas and the like. No wonder you lost three stone.

Read the stickies here and read the nutririon and diet forum stickies and then come back and ask questions

to my mind, this has nothing to do with fitness.

My thoughts on this as a tool to lose weight? It probably works, but is the weightloss sustainable? What damage is it doing to your body? What affect will have it on your metabolism? How miserable will you be doing it? Will it increase your heart & lung capacity?

These, as far as im concerned are questions you need to ask yourself. while it might work in the short term, low calorie, starvation diets, will reduce you muscle mass and make you more prone to gaining weight in the medium to long term.

    [/my2cents]

If this is the case you are looking at a substantial change to your eating and exercising habits and I am afraid a fad diet like Lipotrim is the polar opposite of what you should be doing. Losing weight is one step at a time, you can do it, but you've got to be consistent in your actions. You've got to recognise and take note of where you make mistakes and where you succeed. By eliminating the junk from your diet-cutting back on refined carbs and exercising more often you will make tremendous inroads into your weight loss. It's not like any of us here are any different. We're all just making our way through life as best we can, sometimes our weight goes up, sometimes we're happy as Larry.
Don't do Lipotrim, it is a horrible fad diet. But do say to yourself, 'right, no excuses, what can I change that will work for me?'
    Good luck!

That's an excellent start, if it's not close to hand you won't eat it. Maybe take a long walk in the evening around the neighbourhood to keep your mind occupied. Another thing to take a look at is how often a day you eat. For weight loss it's actually better to eat five or six smaller meals a day, it stops you from feeling starving and of course when you're not starving it's easier to have some control when it comes time to eat ( ever shop when you're starving? the rubbish I buy when I do that is amazing)
Try and keep a food diary- I know it might sound daft, but if you write down everything you eat you will see where you can make changes much easier.
Drink plenty of water, try to cut down on foods like white bread, pasta, pizza, sugary cereals, high carb foods that will spike your insulin. I noticed that the more small meals I ate regularly the less I felt I needed to eat, your stomach will shrink and you will feel fuller faster. Don't miss breakfast, eat plenty of protein (chicken fish, lean beef) and as many vegetables as possible and little by little the weight will shift without you feeling you are denying yourself.
Take it step by step. Weight takes a while to go on, so naturally it will take a while to go off. And if you do have an off day, don't throw it all in, just recognise you had a bad day, don't beat yourself up and start afresh the following day. And again good luck with it!

are ya serious? do ya expect a PT to be at your beckon call? You realise surely that you are paying them just for the session where they mentor you. so if you are paying, 60euro for example - that 60euro is for the hour or so the PT spends with you. That 60euro is not for the PT to be available to you whenever you text her or want a chat.

It's an expensive service for a session not 'hire a PT all day every day'.

I don't mean to come accross as condescendin or a **** ... i am simply just curios to know whether you expect a PT to be at your beckon call? They do have a life outside their job ya know!

Ha - but what i posted is still comprehendle unlike the post i questionned.

Anyway this thread has gone horribly off topic.

OP - like i said there is a wealth of knowledge in the stickies.
You seem to have made a good start by not bulk shopping. Would you ever consider going to a group? I know some people that went to over eaters anonymous that are not over eaters but felt they had issues with food that needed to be dealt with. Said it was helpfull and that anybody was welcome. Maybe gruop support might help ya stay motivated
