    Breakfast
Sizable bowl of muesli and low fat yogurt

    Lunch
Soup and wrap with ham & lettuce & cheese

    Dinner
    Chicken salad or pasta

Snacks - fruit, fruit and more fruit.

I may have another yogurt as a snack too.

I read this as "Snacks - sugar, sugar and more sugar". I'd replace them with nuts, cheese, veg and etc. I like fruit too, but limit myself to one piece a day, because Fruit = Sugar. I saw this on bcc the other day: sugar intake increased 4x since fifties and everybody got fat.

And also in low fat yogurt the fat is replaced with more sugar! especialy if it's flavored low fat yogurt.

how can you expect anybody to rate your diet when you didnt post your stats + goals etc? Also keep in mind that "soup" could = home made brocolli soup or it could mean knorr packet!!!

.. it defo needs more protein though no matter what the answers to the questions are ... Also you need more veg, especially green vegetables .. dont worry about having more than one piece of fruit per day, there are far worse things out there ... keep the good fat intake up - e.g. oily fish, nuts + seeds
