is my new diet ok

    hi have changed my diet in the last 7 weeks i am 5ft10/11 and was 13 stone i now weight 12 stone being doing weights 3 nights a week

    7.30am bowl of porridge or wetabix
    10am apple or orange or brown bread with peanut butter
    1pm rice crackers or rivita with tuna
    4pm banana
    6pm beef/chicken/turkey stir fry with peppers broclei onions mushrooms ect
    drink 2 litres of water every day

    Without knowing much about you, it looks like a good diet but could do with some more protein.

    looks fairly good and echoing what wa salready said just needs more protein really. maybe some cottage cheese at breakfast or at 10am and maybe throw couple nuts/milk in at 4 to up your intake?
