    could any of you cool cats ;) give me a back workout routine? my back not good enough so please good advice needed.

    If you have a physical problem or specific weakness, you should talk to a physio or other qualified person before you start.

    In general, things like deadlifts, rows, pull-ups etc are good for backs, but you need to take your own circumstances into account.
