    Hi everyone. I'm hoping to get some advise. Goal is simple. Cut body fat. I don't care about bulking (although am aware that may be an offshoot of the fat loss, depending on method chosen). I'm hoping to get some peoples opinions as to the best way to do this.

    I am working 9-5. I want to do my workouts early morning, pre-work and to keep them short, ~45 mins.

    Obviously eating correctly is gonna be the main factor. I'm very bad at sticking to eating plans, so I'm think that I'll just stock the house up on veggies, lean meat, pulse, etc and cut out milk, butter, bread, etc.

    My stats: 6' 1"3/4, 95-100kgs, wide shoulders. I carry the extra weight fairly well. Oh, and I'm 21, Male.

    I'm thinking, as a sample day:
    6am - Wake up, shower, eat porridge fresh fruit + organic yogurt
    7am - {Insert chosen intense activity for 45 minutes}
    8:30am - Be heading to work
    9am - 5pm - Work. Packed lunch of tuna salad (no mayo), or etc.
    Dinner - Baked tater, meat, veggies.
    10pm - Pack bag for tomorrow, make lunch for next day
    10:30pm - Sleepage!

    So, the questions. Should I take protein shakes, bearing in mind that I want to cut? What exercise should I do (crossfit has been suggested). I would like to avoid the expense of signing back up to the gym, but I'm not totally against it if people think it would be the best way to cut fast (big three lifts, etc). Also, do I need to work some snacks into my day (good ones, obvs)?

    Thanks loads in advance for any help anyone sees fit to give me!

    need more snacks, take protein after workouts, no potatoes what so ever (or bread, or rice or cereals except oats), post up your training (not what your going to do what you have done), add olive oil to all salads, take 4-5 fish oil tablets per day, no yoghurt just the oats and add in seeds and berries, snacks should be nuts, olives, avocado, some cheese is ok.

    Many of the crossfit workouts can be done or modified for home or done in a local park (lots of parks with chin, dip etc equipment now).
