Thigh Question

I'm getting back to working out after a short-ish break, I was pretty stationary during it so pretty much all muscle tone is gone, alot of "jiggle" going on so to speak. :)

One major issue, my thighs are huge for my frame, they were never slender but much worse since the break, I know I can't spot reduce fat and cardio will help as well as toning exercises but is there anything I should avoid to prevent them from getting bulkier or anything I could try to slim them down?

    All suggestions welcome:D

*:DAnyone with a magical potion/spell that will magically slim, smooth and shrink them especially welcome!

I tend to gain and lose weight on my legs first. I don't think there's much you can do about it.

I remember someone on TV talking about hula hoops for weight loss.
Two sessions per day of less than twenty mins, just around the waist.

Stay away form front squats, and HIIT sprint training (10 runs of 10-15sec) would help shift some of that unwanted weight...its rather genetic where you will store weight first and lose it.

Thanks, yes like I saw I'm aware I can't spot reduce and I'm doing general cardio to burn the bulge so to speak.

Thanks, I figured squats and exercise aimed at building the thighs would add to the bulk but I wasn't sure. :)
