Bio Sig

Just wondering if anyone else has ever had a bio sig done and followed the diet/eating plan that goes with it?

A mate of mine is a physio and does some personal training and he's doing a bio sig on me next week. As far as I know it's all kind of based on where your body stores fat and the types of food that cause it to store fat in those places and changing your diet to stop that.

To be honest I don't know much about it, other than it seems to involve eating lots of protein and veg and cutting out carbs completely, at least at the start anyway.

the bio sig is very handy alright.

I got my first one about 6 months ago and i get it done every 6 weeks and my weights program changes with the results.

I get mine done at evolv fitness(padraig Murphy). He pinches 7 sites on my body.
