Trampoline exercises?

    I just recently bought a 12 foot trampoline, just wondering if it's good for fitness or if anyone can recommend some exercises, ta! :p

    trampoline's are the greatest things in the world!

    i had one when i was younger and i'm pretty sure it was one reason i was able to run so fast, i'd spend a couple of hours a day on it bouncing around with my friends

    a trampoline is for bouncing, i suggest bouncing would be the best excercise...possibly bouncing as high as you can for an undetermined amount of time might be even more benficial

    I just got a mini tramp and I love it! I usually just bounce, but sometimes I switch it up and bounce side to side. I've also heard that you can bounce on one leg, but just 5 minutes of bouncing kills me and fatigues my ankles (I have a joint disorder and my ankles have born the brunt of it), so I haven't tried that yet.

    Thanks! It's definitely tougher than it looks, I thought it might be a fun way to keep fit, more fun than a cross trainer! :D
