Gmail: Send mail from another address without "on behalf of"

So gmail have finally updated this... see here I can't seem to get it working with an eircom address. Has anyone else got it working?

I had my eircom setup on it a while ago and it works 100%. I've just tried it with my hotmail address and it worked perfectly.

Do you get any error messages?

Can you see the "Send mail as" address listed under Accounts and Import but it doesn't appear in the From drop down menu when composing?
