    Help,

I'm a 36 years of age and lately i had put on the pounds (1.5 stone to be exact) since 2 months ago...

I dont know what i'm doing wrong...i dont eat breakfast , have a normal lunch and a late dinner for the last year or so.

Ocasionaly i do walks , play footie and golf.

But it's not me...i want to lose 1.5 stone before November...off to Oz for 3 months so i want to reasonably okay.

Is there any sort of pills i could take to help me???????

Read the stickies here and on the nutririon and diet forum and then come back and ask questions.

oh and eat breakfast ... and if pills worked then obesity would not exist.

    Good luck.

Eat breakfast-your body thinks its starving and you'll store more then you burn along with low energy levels-dont take pills-read stickies on here! 5-6 meals a day, cardio and weights!

The first thing you are doing wrong is skipping breakfast, a late dinner isn't great either.

Also, "normal" lunch is your opinion. If you are only eating two meals (lunch and dinner) then there is a very good chane that it's not a normal lunch.

    Ideally, this is the way to go;

    Breakfast
    Snack
    Lunch
    Snack
    Dinner
    Snack

there are lots of great supplements/pills that will help you drop the weight and really really fast - you might well end up in the rutland after though!!

Come on mate!! Get with the program here - post up your diet. Occasional exercise and eating half arsed is now way to achieve your goal. If you were to study for an exam or had a project in work to do would you approach it in that way?
