I find using the Violet Flame is beneficial in clearing up the energy of a room after a healing, or even as required, but is also beneficial on a personal level, in helping transmute any negative energy, which could be something as simple as something I have picked up from someone I have encountered during the day, as an empath, for instance.

I also find it helps me to find courage within myself, and helps to transmute my own fears. It can also be used to transmute past karma, whether within this lifetime or from past lifetimes.
