    You know those stretchy rubber things? They sell them in argos lol. And call them waist trimmers. You are meant to exercise with them on and they.. trim your waist...

    How would they do anything other than make you awfully sweaty and probably sticky?
    Do they do anything?

    you just lose water from the waist area through sweating, they can give the appearance of weight lose in that area, ive noticed the same affect while wearing a belly protector for thaiboxing
