    Lads,
I am heading to Crete for a weeks holiyers next Friday, and I plan to train each day in the gym before Breckie. i am going to bring some supps with me. No Explode, Whey Protein, Carbo load and Size on. I was planning just to put them into tupperware into my travel bag. Will I be stopped via the security scanner do you reckon. I want to make sure while away I don't neglect the training or the nutrition while away.

Jesus dude, its your holidays and its only a week.

Kick back, One week won't do any harm.

I've never been stopped. Was concerned about this myself before (carrying various powders through security) but it's never been an issue. I'm sure they're well used to it.

I don't want to do all that hard work. Also as they say training is too addictive:p

Well if Whey Protein looks anything like L-Glutamine then I'd be cautious.

Had a bad experience in Newark Airport with L-Glutamine which I had put in a small unbranded container... to avoid bringing the biger tub. Never Again.

Having said that.... Greece ain't the USA...

Whey's more yellow and tastes dairy-ish. Glutamine looks like coke but a simple finger dip / taste test should be sufficient. What did they say to you in Newark?

Jesus i have never heard anything like this in my life!!!

Do you drink?? If the answer is yes how do you expect to have a serious nights booze and get up to train the following morning...half the amount of supplements you mentioned would be rendered useless anyway due to lack of energy, sleep deprivation and dehydration.

To answer the question no it wont be a problem with security...it is a bit silly though.
