    Hi ,
i go to the gym every morning and eat before hand otherwise i get dizzy!
my question is , should I eat as many calories as I plan to burn before hand, or more , or less?
I want to lose some weight but also be able to exercise well .
    thanks.

It's best not to get too caught up in counting calories.

It's easy enough to count calories that you eat, but not as easy to count them as you burn them in the gym. The CV machines in the gym give out a reading for calories burnt but it usually isn't accurate, even after entering your weight, age etc. Also, even Heart Rate Monitors tend to estimate a bit high.

You'd be better off taking your current diet and making changes, rather than making cuts. Make sure to eat something nutritious for breakfast (e.g. porridge, weetabix, shredded wheat) that will keep you going throughout the day, not just throughout your workout.

maybe after you could switch it up = maybe some eggs scrambled/paoched/omlette or whatever. or ryvita with peanut butter or some cottage cheese with a spoon of honey in it?
