    Hi,
I was wondering if any has any advice what to take after a cardio workout. I usually have a protein shake after a weight session. Does anyone recommend anything for post cardio workout. I usually do a 10k run on Fridays takes me 50 minutes and im wrecked after it the whole day. Most important i want to make sure my body is burning fat not muscle so does anyone recommend any supplements.

One 10K run per week doesnt require any special diet IMO - we might be able to give a better answer though if you provide stats + goals etc .. Your very unlikely to be burning muscle on a 10K run TBH ..

if fat loss is the goal then the lucozade is a bad idea ..
