I have an annoying pain in my right hand side right about my hip, feels like a stitch, but it didn't start until I was home from the gym, and it's still there hours later :( It's really annoying. Has anyone had a stitch last this long?

A hernia feels way worse than a stitch ffs. OP if you're worried see a doctor.
