I know its no name brand but I have tried their brand vanilla whey and all in one and its grand.Some of that stuff is fairly good value.

The "extra" means it will not be in all stores, some bigger stores will stock that stuff, on others you have to order it and they get it into the smaller shops in a few days. You can reserve it online and they email and text you when it comes in, but I think they only hold it for 1 day.

There was one whey left in Tallaght today but for some reason the reduction was not taken off the system, so they quoted me the original €30 price. They told me to print the offer online out and return it to them.

I did get the creadex at a reduced price though...

The prices were much better in argos in the uk as usual! The L-Glu was 2x300grams for 3.73pounds! crazy price!

If you buy two you get the second one for half price. So that comes out at €8.22 for 1KG of creatine mono. Not too shabby.
