    Hi EVERYONE

Does anyone know of good, pay as you go, cheap exercise classes on the north side? I am looking for any cardio kind of classes - no pilates or yoga thanks! I would love to find out if there are any places that have daytime classes, instead of just early morning or after 6pm.
    Thanks!

Location not what you need but core fitness in Walkinstown does payg spinning classes.

the Y in Aungier st used to do payg classes too. If Lorcan is still teaching the Kae-Bo there it's excellent.

Capital Punishment on the northstrand has a mix of Heavybag work, Kettlebell circuits and a strongman circuit open session every monday and thursday @ 8pm.

The gym on the Ballymun Road (council run and very new!) is supposed to be excellent and they do all sorts of classes all available on payg, eg. spinning, aerobic, bodypump etc.

There's a place in Malahide village that does a range of different classes, in the mornings, afternoons and evenings. See justclasses.info for times and more details.

I've never been to one of their classes, but sometimes when I walk by I can hear shouting and grunting, which I can only assume is a good thing!
