    No need to drop it back and jump across the room.

    Hey, you can get down there you can lean forward....

    On a second view though, it would be more difficult for him to lean forward with that grip.
    It would be harder to drop it backwards if his elbows were further back.

    Anyway, it doesn't matter how heavy the weight, if you fail, you fail.

    The idea behind dumping it back and shooting forward is to keep the bar away from your neck. Neck no like bar.

    Just saw a regular in TF. He takes up nearly every plate around him, takes about 20 minutes doing his squat routine. They are the shallowest squats I've ever seen. Pretty sure his belt is too big for him as well.

    Here's an idea, instead of using 10+5+5 try a 20kg plate.

    i think i know that guy. Smallish, always loads the bars to about 100kilo and then puts his belt on, and does his hip thrusts lol?
