Knee pain, cracking joints, please help!

    Hi,

I try to make it short.

Two months ago I bought a cross-trainer, to loose fat.
Everything was okay up until last week (lost 8-kg).

So last week my left ankle locked up, and I couldn't move it for about 3 minutes, then huge cracking, and ever since its constantly cracking. I stopped my training for a week. Yesterday, I did 30 minutes of light cardio which resulted in minor knee pain today (both knees). All my joints started to crack. I take Seatone, Vitamins (with fish oil), and I stretch a few minutes before each training.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi There

This really warrants a visit to your GP or a Physio/Physical Therapist.

I don't think giving advice on issues like this is allowed on the forum.

Best of Luck and hope you get sorted out.

Even if medical advice was allowed on here no one could give any amount of advice to help with that. Get yourself to a doctor or physio.

Get it checked out by a doctor to be on the safe side. Good luck.
