Gym Routine.

    Hey all I just start attending the gym and have not yet got a membership as I want to see how it goes first.
    I have no clue what to do.. I know its cardio I need to shed the pounds so I've been doing -

    20mins on the thread mill
    20mins on the bike
    20mins cross trainer.

    Is this suitable..??

    Hiya flynn, start by reading the stickies in the main fitness forum. They're long but well worth reading!

    Get your diet sorted as that will help you shed pounds far more quickly and keep you motivated in the gym.

    Read up on fat busting weight routines as well, it doesn't all have to be cardio but cardio is good so long as you keep your heart rate in the fat busting range :)
