    Hi all,

    a complete beginner to fitness! Im 31, female and have recently joined the local ladies soccer team. It brilliant and Im having a great time, but my fitness is terrible... the warm up leaves me exhausted!!

    We only started up this team about 3 weeks ago, and I know it'll take me a while to get fitter etc, (I walking most evenings etc, and hope to start jogging soon) but for the timebeing, is there anything I can do to increase my stamina/energy levels while at training?
