I have lost all my energy

I used to be so good at exercising. I lost 5 stone in weight in a year and a half. I ate well. I was down to 9 and a half stone which i was delighted with. I used to love exercising, i would go to the gym about 3 times a week. I would get out into the fresh air and walk/jog twice a week.

I stopped all that in february this year cause i lost all my energy. I was so tired i wasted my last months gym membership by not going in feb. I don't know what happened, i just got tired. And now when i force myself out every once in a while to try and get back walking, im knackered after 5 minutes. And its not even at a fast pace.

How do i beat this 24 hour slump? Are there any supplements, magic pills? Anything?

Probably training too much, cut your volume in 1/2 see if you don't improve

You deffo need a blood test. Look up hyperthyroidism symptoms.

sounds like thyroid problem - get bloods done and if it comes back all clear, then you probably jsut need to modify your diet a bit.

Well the first question would be, is your diet in order?

I had a similar problem before Christmas, it was diet orientated (lack of greens & what not)

Diet would be my first port of call.

your lack of energy could be the cause of something else / how is your frame of mind . is depression or anxiety an issue with you ?
