    Are jumping jacks a good form of exercise for at home between gym days?
    I live in a very small place so have to try make the most?

    Depends what you're doing em for...

    For conditioning/cardio, a personal favourite of mine for small space no equipment workout is;

    21 burpees
    21 squats
    15 burpees
    15 squats
    9 burpees
    9 squats

    Done all in a row, for time. If you REALLY wanted to punish yourself you could do them in the form of 27,21,15,9 (tho that might actually kill you!!)

    Uhhhhh sure?

    If you've been following my log you can see what I've been doing.

    It's mostly been hill sprints as the first cardio exercise of the day, then something involving bodyweight movements and sprints, or one or the other on its own as a finisher.

    Might try the 27,21,15,9 rep scheme tho. Can see it making me sick.
