Hey all, during deadlifting today i got a pain in my back around my right shoulder. Feels like muscle pain to me but it isnt doms. its happened before about 4 months ago and i said if it came back i was going to a physio.

The pain comes when there is a heavy weight in my right hands, not the actual deadlift. Im going to a physio during the week hopefully and im wondering if anyone knows a good one in town and how much it would set me back. cheers

Racoon Queen - I notice that you did not publish my posts on Rob Kearney or Johnny Sexton, so I wonder why you took issue with me recommending the physio company. then i looked at your posts and see that you seem to also recommend the same over and over again

I go to the physio company in templebar find them very good.
Costs 50 a session and ive always felt satisfied leaving id reccomed Leigh Johnson there.
Also id go in early before 5 as youll probably get a longer session as they seem busiest after 5 when most poeple finish work
