    Hey guys
Just a quick one, I have searched around (exrx, google etc.) but to little avail :( When doing the lying french press should you keep your elbows absolutely straight alongside your body or is it ok to let them flare out a little to the sides throughout the movement. I'm pretty sure it's the former, but I'm finding it a little hard on my wrists for some reason!

    Thanks a mill

You'll want to keep your elbows straight. If it's sore on your wrists, try adjusting your grip so the bar isn't just hanging in your fingers- grip it firmly at the base of your hand as close to your wrist as you can.
