The Jackpot in association with Phil Baker and The Chernobyl Childrens Charity are proud to announce Super September. This promises to be a great weekend of poker and fun in aid of a fantastic charity at The Jackpot. All registration fees will be dontated to the charity. We expect these events to be sold out so early registration is recommended. We will also have some big names of poker and a few celebrities thrown in for good measure.

Phil will host an auction on Sunday at 6.00pm with some great prizes up for grabs.

There will also be a full weekend of great cash action with the usual 8-9 tables to choose from each night.

On Saturday the 26th September we will be holding Ireland's largest Cash League Final with an estimated 35k Prizepool. 50 Hours to qualify and the league runs from 1st July to Friday 25th September.

6. How can tickets be purchased & is there a maximum number (in advance, at the door etc.) tickets can be purchased on the day or you can guarantee your seat by phoning The Jackpot. Capped at 120 players
7. Type of Tournament (Hold'em/Omaha etc Freezeout/Rebuy etc.) Hold'em Freezeout
8. Cost of entry and any subsequent rebuys/top-ups etc. €100 no rebuy/topup on Friday and €200 no rebuy/top up on Sunday
9. Cost of registration €10 on Friday and €20 on Sunday all reg will be donated to charity
10. % of entry fee/rebuys/top-up going into Prize fund 90% (10% to Charity)
10a. Is any money from the prize fund held back for future tournaments, if so, how much no
11. Any guarenteed prize pool. no

Just to let the boardsies know a little about this charity.

The Children come to Ireland for RESPITE not a holiday (although they usually have a ball) because the radiation levels in their Country are still shocking(and will be for hundreds of years). The childrens immune system is eaten away by radiation and their immune system puts up the fight against radiation poisoning. With fresh air and good food (even with me cooking!) each week they spend in Ireland adds 1 YEAR to the life expectancy of each child.

The children come to Ireland for 4 weeks during the summer (when the radiation is at it's worst). The fantastic families that take the children pay for food, clothes (some of the kids get here with just the clothes on their backs) and any upkeep that is required for them. They only thing we fundraise for is the Flights, transfers and visas. The costing per child is approx €650.00 per visit. This €650.00 gives each child a 4 YEAR ADDITION to their life expectancy.

I have taken a girl since she was 8 years old. When she came to us she had a pre cancer condition in her stomach. She had no english (a bit like DAMO72) and now, after 6 summer visits (and a few sneaky Christmas ones), she is fluent in english and was told by her doctors last year that her health is now 100%

I now take 8 kids in every year that go to host family's and want to give a chance to more and more children and, with your help, Lorraine and I can do this.

So, I ask if any TD's or Onliners can organise sats for this (for the SUNDAY game) it would be greatly appreciated. Myself and Paul are going all out to make this an event to remember. We are going to hound all the big names in the Poker & Celeb world to come along to be a part of this and Jamie Gold is going to send me over some great items to auction/raffle for both nights....

I am in contact with 2 hotels in walking distance from the venue who will come back to me over the next couple of days with a nightly/weekend rate
