    Right well i been going the gym now for about 4 months and haven't put on as much weight as i would like so i was considering taking creatine.

    I've heard mix reports on creatine and dunno whether i should or not though.

    Someone said to me that if you keep training while your taking it then its ok but then once you stop it turns to fat and stuff.

    Any views on this and a bit more info would be much appreciated
