U Value UPVC Windows

Hi All, I am building a house and the spec of the windows being supplied is 1.1 vista therm UPVC, i have tried searching the web to find out if this is a good spec window however i had no luck, would anyone here know if this spec would be a high standard towards a good energy rating for the house....Cheers

Is it just the glass, the frame, or the whole window u value they are quoting at 1.1? What company is quoting you [I'm looking myself for windows! - you may need to PM me to appease the mods]
