im really not a fan of this upgrade!!!

the picture cards are tougher to see on the flop(some parts of them missing at a certain size table.. wtf!!) and when you make the table smaller it becomes K Q and J instead of the picture... annoying!
also find it tougher to see my cards when its smaller now, this has got to be improved very soon now me thinks. the hand history thing is long awaited, pokerstars did this months ago and has taken full tilt a long time to do the same

also, the animations are crappy for me. the cards arent being dealt out, i can hear them being dealt but it skips and shows me the cards in a few seconds. I am multi tabling omaha though so I dunno. all in all, just a rant about how **** this upgrade is

oh, the flop just came k-9-9 there all red, the table size was small and it was near impossible for me to tell if it which flush draw was out there... horrible update for players who multi table and dont use coloured decks

The hand history is always blank for me? I cant see any of the hands played at my table? HEM seems to grab em fine though? Weird

I never use multi coloured decks, and I used to 24 table before, none of my friends do either and they all play 12+
most do but there are others who dont, the new graphics are just annoying for me tbh, and I also can't see the hand histories either

Wtf?? It's horrible, basically impossible to play. There's a massive delay between giving me my options to act and actually being shown my cards, so by the time I actually know what I have, I have about 3 seconds to act. Holdem Manager also stopped importing after 6 hands. They'd want to fix this quick

I'm unable to download the new SW update, have to ship someone money as well and can't log on to do this. So frustrating, keeps saying unable to decompress archive.

This happened me on my first attempt but downloaded fine 2nd time round

Before you launch the 'Full Tilt' icon right-click and choose 'Run As Administrator'.

This might help.

The last hand function wasn't working for me earlier in tournaments but fine now in a cash game. Looks well.

as for the hand replayer, it doesn't work in your first log in either... so you have to download it twice... and play twice... update is terrible

Any suggestions for new site with high traffic and decent tourneys? Stars and FT are the only sites i use and i dont imagine there are many sites with so much traffic and non stop tourneys?

FT customer service is a joke, they take at least 2 days to respond. I've already taken my money else where.

Ive always liked playing on full tilt but i emailed them a few days ago with a problem where i cant view my last hand history and still have no responce. Id prefer not to move sites but if i dont get a reply and a solution soon im going to have to.

I just got disconnected and when I reconnect im requested to "update"
it wont click so i have to uninstall and reinstall, thus getting blinded out.
email sent to support....2nd time this has happened and pissed off

spent the last 4 hours with norton live support trying to fix my full tilt hand replayer. Finally its been fixed.
And i got the new norton internet security for free. Fairly happy with the result. Still having trouble with poker tracker thought. Anyone else have trouble with pokertracker since the update?

norton were blocking the last hand function and the guy couldnt fix it so he uninstalled my norton which was a 2005 version. After he uninstalled it the last hand function still wouldnt work and it still said that norton was blocking it even though it was installed on my computer. After this he tryed installing my 2005 version of norton again and he couldnt find some code or something and after what felt like forever he said norton were rewarding my loyalty with a new 2009 version of norton. Eventually he got the last hand function working. I had to uninstall full tilt and reinstall it and finally it worked!!

Hey, I have been having problems with this too, eventually I got it to update, but now the 'last hand' replayer still doesnt work for me. I dont have Norton ,does anyone have any ideas?

anyone else having serious problems with getting disconnected since the recent update, before the update i might get disconnected once every couple of weeks now its happening every half hour and sometimes worse.getting well hacked off with it now

How did you get on with this? I had trouble with it as well and each time I clicked to install new software it did nothing. I ended up downloading from the web instead and it worked then.
