As far as I can see you have :

    Letters:
    W (upside down M) + M + I + M + I = 3002

    Numbers:
    98 +28 +27 +43 +156 +2 = 354

    Which gives : 3356

This leaves us with a mystery 2 that always seems to come up in these puzzles.

The 2 formed by Snoopy's belly, legs and feet?

But then we are excluding all the birds from the puzzle?

every one with eyes knew c3 WAS odd one out,, if only they were all that easy,
that number game sucked, would help if they explained the answer,, which should be part of the rules to run a show like this,, if would mean less complaints if they explained it,, hope who ever regulates these shows makes it law that every puzzle is explained at the end,,

It would be alot better if they explained it. They prey on drunk people just in from the pub, there were one or two tipsy callers last night.

We are hoping that the BCC will force them to reveal their methodology.

The birds don't make proper M's.

Then again it never mattered before , so it really is a case of a solution looking for a puzzle.

PARANOID is a word that comes to mind.
We're looking for numbers that possibly don't exist and at the same time possibly missing legitimate numbers whether, Arabic or Latin.
In Snoopy, for example, the 'birds' are like 3s sideways.
Is 156 actually 156 or is it I56?
    If an inverted W = M then how rotating a 7 for L etc.
If something like that works, fine...
..but the same principles should work for similar puzzles.

Think of a persons name. It always tends to be a name.

they obviously haven't briefed fiona on the new scam. It's up to 1000 with only 500 guaranteed, have we even got to see how someone can win the jackpot?

That started with the change to the new set.

I think it is an excuse to jack up the alleged prize.

Somebody has still to win one of these games for small amount and huge jackpot, so until then...

    Conflicting info on screen so.

The top line must have some meaning.

No definition of what a jackpot is in their t&c , or explained on air prior to calling the premium rate line.

I can't see it standing up in any court if they try and pull a fast one.

it's a pity there's no "m" in the puzzle to make the word "scam"!!

I bet that is on purpose to avoid any embarrassment.

"€1500 if you get whats in the envelope"

So last night they gave away 2 prizes of €200 for guessing a capital city and €75 in the second chance thing.
How much did they give for the spot the difference at the end?
Was the total prize money equal to the minimum guaranteed last night?

Does anybody else get wildly suspicious when the camera reverts to a black and white screen on fiona for aaages, but with the solution out of view.

So easy to switch the solutions when that happens
