I need direction!

Can anyone suggest where to go in Dublin for comprehensive all-round advice? I'm looking for someone I can go chat with -tell them what I want to look like, ask questions about working out and sends me away with a diet and workout programme.

I've been a member at Crunch Temple Bar since November. I got off to a great start but because of work I was moved around for a few months and fell out of the routine. To be honest though I didn't know where I was going or what I was doing. I didn't feel the programme was producing results (while I was there), the instructor wasn't available when I wanted to meet him and he didn't even seem to have a clue himself on the initial meeting.

The gym have a personal fitness instructor there but I'd rather get impartial advice now as my membership is up again soon!

Like I said I'd like to meet with someone I can tell what I want to achieve, give me all the advice I need and send me away to come back in a couple of months and review again!

Suggestions welcome!

I'm sure there are plenty of personal trainers and coaches here that would be only too happy to help.

If you go to the Topaz on Templeville Rd and buy me a large coffee I'll be only too happy to talk to you in the old gym till I finish it or if you go to the Quick Stop cafe on the Ballyboggan Rd and buy me a large coffee there you can come and talk to me in the new gym.

Pretty straight forward I think. I said if the OP wants to talk I am always happy to talk in either gym if someone buys me a cup of coffee.

I've had plenty of personal trainers and coaches come and talk...not so many trainees...so the offer is there to the OP...if they want to talk then that's fine.
