Have you had any more ideas re: the boards comedy and music super fun happy night out?

Ever went bearded for so long, only to shave and have someone not recognise you?

    Passport photo: bearded or shavin?

How about that Andrey Arshavin, pretty slick name for a footballer or time he did the humane thing and had it legally changed?

    Ever played a double bass?

Do you know if there is such thing as a double necked bass, or better yet a double neck with one bass and one guitar?

What's it like being so... big? :pac:

    1) If you could have the musical ability of any bassist in the world, who would you choose??

    2) What super powered animal would you be? And what would be your powers??

If you can read this, you're too close!

A few, but I need to see if I can put this into action. Gotta talk to some people about it but I think I'll wait til after my holidays.

Yeah, it happened a few times. Also the weirdest one was not recognising myself.

    Shaven

I've no idea who he is, I don't watch football. It'd be better if his name was Andrey Arbeardin! :p

    Nope, but I'd love to.

Yeah, I've seen pictures of a few... Tim Commerford from Audioslave & Rage Against The Machine has one. Linky The doublenecked Bass & Guitars are more popular. They weigh a ton though! linky < I think this one is about 20lbs in weight!!

LOL, that's such a Randy type question. :pac:
It's good and bad. Good in the sense that I can see things that others can't (great at gigs), also I can reach stuff thats higher up (in most rooms I can reach the ceiling without stretching. :D). Some of the bad things are hitting my head all the time, trying to find clothes that fit and people asking me to reach up to get higher things all the time. :p

Hmm.. some of my favourite bassists are dead, but I'll go with one who's alive. He's a master... also has an insane beard - Leland Sklar.

    leland_sklar.jpg

He's played on so many albums that he has lost count. I think everyone here has heard a song that he has played on... even if you don't know it. You can see the list of some of the albums that he's played on here. :)

Hmm... I think a shapeshifting wolf with laser eyes. :D

Fibbers, but I liked Bruxelles before it got all "posh" with its TV's and stuff... definitely not now though.

    The Ambassador.

Bruce springsteen or rod steward or bob segar?

    Barry white or marvin gaye?

devils horns: fingers pointed to yourself (knucles out) or fingers facing out (knuckles in)?

    coke or pepsi?

Not really... well I can't think of any. I'm mostly interested in music, also like old VW cars ... haven't been able to buy any yet though. :p

I haven't been in the "O2" yet, but it can't be any worse than the Point.

Guinness or maybe a nice Whiskey.

I don't usually read the newspapers, but when I do it's usually the irish independent.

    Bruce.

Definitely Marvin Gaye!!! Huge fan. :)

    Fingers pointed towards myself.

    Coke

    :)

band number 2) can only include members who are dead

No, I just hate them. When smaller people hold them it usually ends up that the pokey metal bits are directly at my eye level.

Trying to dodge that is really annoying... and dangerous.

Is that picture up there actually Prof Dumbledore?

Did you get rained on today?

Have you ever gone to put the ticket in the machine to let you out of a carpark and dropped it?

Will people like my new glasses?

    Family Guy or American Dad?

No... but now that you say it, he does actually look like Dumbledore. :o

A few drops but nothing heavy.

Nah, can't say I ever have. I don't drive. :pac: Did you? :p

I'd say so, but we'll need pics. :pac:

    Family Guy. :)

    Transformers 2 :pac:

Hmm.. I'll probably get reefed out of it for my choices. I'll go with Bill Bailey, Jack Dee and Dylan Moran. Very different comedians but each funny in their own way.

No idea... it's been years since I played Mortal Kombat.

    Adam West or Christian Bale?

Stuck in a wardrobe, what packet of crisps would you have?

    Favourite colour?

    Curtains or blinds?

Which sense would you rather lose if you had to - Sight Sound or Touch?

    Runners or shoes?

Full Moon, Half Moon, Total Eclipse?
