Barbell exercises without bench

    Hi Folks
    Im finding it increasingly hard to get time to go the gym as im working days and herself is working nights meaning i'm minding the kids in the evening so i cant get out. I still try and get going at least twice a week but on the off days ive been trying to a bit of training at home.

    The only problem is all i have is a barbell, without a bench so the range of exercises i can do is limited, so looking for a few suggestions other than just curls and shoulder presses.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Bench is really just for bench pressing so thats all you miss out on. I never bench anyway, even though I have one.

    Thats a great website - the video showing you how to do each exercise is extremely helpful. Thanks for that.
