Hello, I'm a male in my 40's, not over weight but I have a small pot belly, I eat three good meals a day and dont eat junk (often), also I do not drink, how car I get a flat stomach? I do not want a six pack, I just want a flat stomach. Do I need to do loads of sit ups, how many a day, if so which type of sit up do I need to do? Thanks.

Give details of your typical daily diet.

    e.g.
    8am: toast
    11am: kit kat
    ...etc

What exercise do you do on a weekly basis?

To get a flat stomach you will need to work on improving diet and doing some exercise to burn calories overall.

You cannot spot reduce fat on your belly with situps.

Hi thanks for your reply, here's a rough guide to my daily food in take.....
    8am Cereal, Coffee, Juice
11am Cup of tea and a biscuit
1pm Sandwich, ham and cheese or similar, cup of coffee, yogurt
    4pm Cup of tea
6pm Evening meal could be...Pasta, Meatballs, Pizza
    9pm Cup of coffee.
Exercise, a bit of walking. I am fit but I use to be very fit training in a gym three nights a week.
