weigh yourself 1st thing in the morning, nude, after going to the loo. That's pretty close to your ' real' weight.

Your body fluctautes up to 5lbs in any given day weight wise becuase of hydration level, food in your stomach undigested etc.

After a night on the tear, i can weigh up to 3 or 4 lbs less than what i really weigh because im dehydrated.

Best thing to do is to weigh yourself once a week, 1st thing in the morning, after the loo.

i know how you feel fatgirlslim, gets me every time. You think youve done great then go back a couple of days later and you are right back up again.

Good advice from the other poster though.

I'd also advise keeping the scales in the exact same spot. I have a set of scales and I hopped on them, got off, moved them about 1 foot, got back on and my weight had changed!

I have the same prob usually only happens with battery operated joblets.

just make sure the surface area is level

Uneven floors, standing on one side or different spots on the scale, low batteries etc can all effect it. I can easily vary 5-6lb due to hydration.

Keep track of lots of things, take photos and measurements of various areas. Also an old well washed and preshrunk tight pair of jeans acts as a whole series of tape measures down your leg.
