    im 2 weeks in to my weight training and new diet just want to know am i on the right track my new diet is usually 7am bowl of porridge/cup of green tea 10am apple/orange/scone/cup of green tea 1pm tuna on crackers/homemade soup 4pm orange 6pm turkey/beef/chicken stir fry drink between 1.5lt to 2.5lt of water throughout the day also snack on a few nuts at night

    now to my training program 1 set of 12 reps of 30kg flat bench presses
    1 set of 12 reps of 30kg incline bench presses 1 set of 12 reps of 5kg flat dumbbell flys 1 set of 12 reps of 5kg of incline dumpbell flys 10 press ups 10 sit ups
    what do all of ye think of this programe

    Looks like you dont eat enough and some poor choices for carbs in there-crackers?scones? You only take in lean protein twice a day-need 5/6, whats your calorie needs for the day?
    1 set?no warmup before work sets or anything? how many days a week?

    dont know what my daily calorie should be im 5ft10 and 12.5 stone thought my diet was ok i took it from the rte operation transformation website i allways stretch my muscles before and after my work out should i be doing more sets or should i gradually work up to more
