    I've been working out in the gym and getting some personal training as well. My bodyfat has always been taken with a calipers. The first month I went from 33-31%bf the second month I went from 31%-29%bf. What I want to know is, is 2% bf loss good progress, poor progress whatever???

    don’t get hung up on those BF measurements callipers are not very accurate at the beat of times , go by your pants size ;)

    I was of the understanding the best way of measuring BF was using a calipers, what would you suggest? not bothering at all and just using how your clothes fit?

    Pretty much. The best indicator for most people will be how your clothes fit - an even better one is how you look in the mirror. Take photos.
